Common Wholesale Questions
What is your wholesale MOQ?
Our standard wholesale MOQ starts from 250 kg, normally equal to 250 one-kilogram rolls. Mixed colors and selected materials can be discussed for market testing. Final packing and availability depend on the material combination, destination and current stock plan.
Can I mix different colors and materials?
Yes. Mixed colors are commonly supported, and mixed materials may also be arranged when carton planning and stock allow. Send the materials, colors and quantities you need, and we will confirm the available combination before preparing the quotation.
Do you support private label packaging?
Yes. OEM labels are available from 500 rolls (+US$0.10/roll); custom packaging is available from 1000 rolls (+US$0.20/roll). Options can include spool labels, carton stickers, barcodes and packaging coordination. Full custom retail boxes may require a separate MOQ depending on artwork, box structure and printing method.
Are your spools compatible with Bambu Lab AMS?
Our standard rigid-material spools are designed to be AMS/CFS friendly, including suitable spool width and controlled winding. Material limitations still apply: TPU and some abrasive engineering filaments may require an external spool holder or a material-specific feeding setup.
What payment terms do you offer?
For standard wholesale orders, the usual arrangement is a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. Terms may vary for samples, stock orders, OEM projects and logistics routes. The confirmed quotation and proforma invoice will state the final payment schedule.
Can you ship DDP to my country?
DDP quotations can be arranged for many destinations, subject to route availability, local regulations and delivery address. Please provide the destination country, city, postcode, material list and quantity so we can compare EXW, FOB and DDP options accurately.
