Practical Printing Advice

  • Use a hardened steel nozzle; carbon fiber can quickly wear standard brass nozzles.
  • Dry at 80°C for 8–12 hours before printing and keep the material in a dry box during long jobs.
  • An enclosure is recommended for stable layer bonding and reduced warping.

Product Advantages

  • Stable ±0.02 mm diameter tolerance
  • Neat winding and consistent feeding
  • Vacuum sealed with desiccant
  • Low-moisture export packaging
  • Repeat-order color and batch communication
  • Private label and barcode support

Product FAQ

Does PA6-CF require drying?

Yes. PA6-CF is moisture sensitive and should be dried before printing, then kept in a dry environment during use.

Can PA6-CF be used in AMS?

Compatibility depends on the feeder design and abrasive-material support. An external spool or compatible engineering-material feeder is often recommended.

What nozzle should I use?

Use a hardened steel or similarly wear-resistant nozzle. A 0.4–0.6 mm diameter is commonly recommended.

Can you provide private-label packaging?

Yes. OEM labels start from 500 rolls (+US$0.10/roll). Custom packaging starts from 1000 rolls (+US$0.20/roll). Neutral packaging is free.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard wholesale MOQ starts from 250 kg.
